Eligible Participants

You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age to use DCC, (datecamcash.com). Our services are not available to minors or to temporarily or indefinitely suspended members. This user Terms of Service (the "Agreement" or "User Agreement") describes the terms and conditions applicable to your use of our services at www.datecamcash.com (alternatively "We" or "us" or "datecamcash, DCC"). We may amend this Agreement at any time by posting the amended terms on our site. Except as stated below, all amended terms shall automatically be effective immediately after they are initially posted on our site. If you fail to follow these Terms of Service your account may be terminated.

NOTE: COMPANY POLICIES ARE FOR ZERO TOLERANCE FOR SPAMMING.

IF YOU SPAM, YOUR PARTICIPATION IN THE PROGRAM WILL BE TERMINATED, YOU WILL BE BARRED FROM FUTURE PARTICIPATION IN THE PROGRAM AND ALL FUNDS OTHERWISE DUE TO YOU WILL BE FORFEITED TO THE COMPANY: You therefore warrant that You will not use any form of mass unsolicited electronic mail solicitations, news group postings, IRC posting or any other form of what is commonly known as "spamming" as a means of promoting your website or for the purpose of directing or referring users to any websites owned, operated or controlled by Company. You further acknowledge and agree that company has the right to immediately, and without notice, terminate your participation in the program if we, in our sole and exclusive judgment, conclude that you have engaged in the use of any form of mass unsolicited electronic mail solicitations, news group postings, password selling or trading, warez, IRC posting or any other form of "spamming".

Affiliate Compensation

1. Per Sign Up Payouts:
"PPS' option the Affiliate shall be paid a flat commission (starting at $40.00 ) for every successful customer credit card registration.
2. Revenue Share Payouts:
The Affiliate shall be paid a commission 25% of the gross receipts of every customer that the Affiliate refers
3. 100% of first sale:
The Affiliate shall be paid one time 100% of the customer first purchase and no recurring.
4. Webmaster referral program:
Affiliates shall be paid 5% of the earnings of any Affiliates that they refer to the Program.
5. Affiliates are prohibited signing up through their own affiliate linking code in order to be paid a commission.
